1. Booking and Reservations

By making a booking with Stay Gia (operated by Daphcon Pty Ltd), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid credit card guarantee. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at or before check-in unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards processed securely through our MEWS platform. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by rate type and are displayed at time of booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified after booking. For flexible rates, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property. Excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate stays without refund where conduct is deemed unacceptable.

6. Damage and Liability

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the apartment, fixtures, fittings, or contents during their stay. A pre-authorisation may be held on your credit card as a security deposit. Stay Gia accepts no liability for loss or damage to guest property.

7. Smoking and Pets

All Stay Gia apartments are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping). Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained. A deep cleaning fee of $350 will be charged for violation of these policies.

8. Housekeeping

Weekly housekeeping is included for all stays. Additional housekeeping services are available on request and may incur additional charges.

9. Force Majeure

Stay Gia shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
